Payment Terms are "On Receipt" meaning payment is expected upon invoicing. A grace period is given for clients to process a payment, and mail a check, typically 7 days. Ness Computers reserves the right to charge a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.

New York General Business Law § 518 allows businesses to pass credit card merchant service fees (surcharges) to customers. My merchant servicer charges 3% for credit card payments. The hourly rate listed for the hourly service includes the 3% surcharge. (i.e. $84/hr = $86.60/hr surcharged) A separate line for Items surcharge (i.e. parts purchased for customers) will be included for any items (parts). If paying by cash or check, or a money transfer app like Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or others and you use the "Friends and Family" cash transfer (not business purchase option) you can deduct 3% from the total: Amount Due x .97. (i.e., the total Amout Due is $103.09, then the cash amount is $103.09 x .97 = $99.9973, rounded up = $100.)
